About This Project

Key Construction teamed up with Three-i-Design to repurpose a dormitory common area into the first phase of the University of Evansville’s eSports arena, also adding an office area and additional restroom.The masonry structure was originally built in 1996 and required extensive data, electrical, and HVAC infrastructure to be retrofitted into the space to meet the requirements needed for an eSports program to host tournaments, programs, and streaming events.
